Contrary to all our expounding on the merits of effective web sites, there are a few sites out there that take forever to download, have nothing to sell, and very often don't even mean a blessed thing, but for sheer beauty they take your breath away, and leave you enchanted long after.

This modest poem is a salute to those artists, may they never stop cluttering our bandwidth...

 

If I did you a love song
With delicate rhyme
Made grin like a hero
Strode fashioned style

If I noosed silky tie
To suit my new laptop
Had sports car keys
To toss in my parlour

Would those beautiful eyes
Spill emotion for me?

Ah, imagine...

But I’m born to the universe
I’m artist when done
I don’t relish the stew
Of company crumb

These jeans are good
My shoes I wear
My nails are bit
Still grow my hair

Could such beautiful eyes
Fire diamond for me?

So I’ll do you my love song
Dappled with rhyme
It’s all I can trade
For your hand in mine
